Transportation (Shipping), installation, safety survey(s), and maintenance is not included, and will be an additional cost. Customer is also responsible for shipping costs of returning the system if choosing to not do a buyout option after the contract expiration.

Price listed is per month if signing a 12 month lease contract. 6 month lease contracts run $5500 per month plus the above “start up” costs.
