#1 - Parts Plus Agreement

Premium Support Contract

The Parts Plus Agreement provides top-priority support, offering the most comprehensive service for your systems. Priced at $35,000 per year per system, this agreement includes a parts harvesting commitment and a range of additional benefits:

Key Benefits:

  • Multi-Year Discount: Save 5% on a 2-year commitment, applying to the agreement’s cost per system.

  • Parts Harvesting Discount: Receive a $15,000 discount for committing to parts harvesting upon system decommissioning, with no obligation on Connor Support to harvest the system.

  • Prescheduled Visits: Four complimentary visits to your region per year, including twice-yearly preventive maintenance (PM) and radiation surveys.

  • Remote Support: 16 hours of expert remote troubleshooting and repair assistance at no charge, with additional hours available at discounted rates.

Additional Notes:

  • Finite Parts Access: Parts such as X-ray Tubes, Cameras, Servo Amps, and more are provided at no cost on a best-effort basis. The Parts Harvesting Agreement is required for access to finite parts.

  • Shipping: Customer is responsible for providing shipping accounts and defining shipping methods for rebuildable parts. Shipping volume agreements offer savings.

  • Labor and Travel Rates: On-site labor is billed at $375 per diem with no additional labor or parts costs. Travel is charged at $3.76 per mile (round trip from Loveland, CO).

This agreement guarantees priority service, flexibility, and substantial savings for customers who commit to parts harvesting and long-term maintenance.

#2 - PM Only Agreement

Preventive Maintenance Service

The PM Only Agreement provides essential preventive maintenance services to keep your systems running efficiently and safely. Priced at $13,500 per year, this agreement includes the following key benefits:

Key Benefits:

  • Twice Annual On-Site Visits: Includes a full Preventive Maintenance (PM) with X-ray Safety Survey. Full PMs are recommended every 6 months to minimize downtime and ensure safety compliance. X-ray safety surveys are required at least once a year by most states.

  • Parts Access: Access to non-finite parts for purchase. No access to finite parts (e.g., X-ray Tubes, X-ray Cameras, and Servo Amps).

  • Decommissioned System Parts: Part harvesting for decommissioned systems is available on a case-by-case basis.

  • Labor and Travel Rates:

    • On-site labor is billed at $375 per diem and $215 per hour.

    • Remote support is billed at $215 per hour.

    • Travel is charged at $3.76 per mile round trip from Fort Collins, CO (covering all travel expenses).

This agreement is ideal for clients seeking regular maintenance and safety checks with flexible access to parts and labor when needed.

#3 - T&M Agreement

Time and Materials Service

The T&M Agreement offers flexible on-site and remote labor services based on customer needs, with the following terms and benefits:

Key Benefits:

  • On-Site and Remote Labor: Available upon customer request at standard labor rates. Labor is offered when loading permits.

  • Parts Access: Access to non-finite parts on a best-effort basis. A core deposit of 25% of the full retail price is required for rebuildable parts, with credit issued upon receiving RMA and shipping tracking.

  • Decommissioned System Parts: Part harvesting available on a case-by-case basis for decommissioned systems.

  • Labor and Travel Rates:

    • On-site labor: $375 per diem and $215 per hour.

    • Remote support: $215 per hour.

    • Travel is billed at $3.76 per mile round trip from Fort Collins, CO (including all travel expenses such as hotel, food, and fuel).
